Fireflies
Tonight walking home I saw a firefly. It is too late in the season for them and is already getting cold, but it was a beautiful and made me stop to appreciate what was around me. I only saw it blink once, but it was a gorgeous swan song to summer.
Hi Kate, what a beautiful picture, you really want to see deeper into the mist. Hope school is going well, I think of you often. With airfares so cheap I might pop onto a flight one of these days soon. Suzanne wants me to come out and see the sights. Love you, Aunt Maureen
